Create a Math quiz using Forms

an Office 365 you can use forms to create a quick math quiz so I'm going to show you how to do that when you are on forms instead of going to new formule 1 go to new quiz somebody click on me quiz you can always give it a title once you have a title you're going to click add new we're going to leave it as a choice and then on here before I add a question I'm going to go down to these three dots I'm going to click on them and I want to choose math and now I can enter an equation so if I click on this box as you can see it gives me several choices here that I can choose from or write my equation or if I have when written somewhere else I can copy and paste it in here which I already have so many click okay and now what it does is it gives me suggested results that gives me the correct answer it gives me other answer choices so I'm going to choose at all and I can always add others if I want to and now I'm going to say this question is done but if I want to keep growing my quiz I'm going to click add new and now something pretty cool that it does is it gives me question ideas and these question ideas are similar types of math equations to the first question that I created so I can choose to add just one or two or I can go ahead and at other suggestions if I click at all it goes through and it's created the quiz for me with question types and answer choices once I am done with craziness quiz if I like it I can share it with students if I want to go an embedded on to my canvas page I would just click on share if I click on only people in my organization can respond that will require students to login to Office 365 before they can submit so it will record who answer to which question or you could also do anyone with the link can respond if you do that it will not track who's responded to it you won't have a name associated with the insert if you want to make sure that you know who answered the quiz and who did not it as only people in my organization and then to embed that forms that it appears directly on a canvas page you're going to go down to these options down here and click on the one with the arrows that says in bed and then I can just copy this code when you enter this into canvas I would create a new page I click on plus page you can give your math quiz a title and then I'm here in this box instead of paste in the embed code now you actually have to go down and click on these the same arrows that you did before and then when you get this new box to going to paste in your content and now you can go and say and as you can see you now have an embedded quiz right on the Kim's page so you can put this in your module or like it into the calendar and students would get to this page and then they can take the quiz so they can go through and they answer the quiz I can even practice this and then I would submit they can be the results and as a teacher I'm going to show you how you can be the results you'll actually go back to Microsoft forms now when you're in your quiz on forms you can see on the responses tab that you have one response so far I can click on responses and then I can scroll down and look at the results by question and I can also go in and click on more details and I can see each individual's response and how they answer that question I can also download an Excel version of the responses that piled all the results for this particular quiz if you have any questions let us know
