Indiana Law requires any person who might come into contact with testing materials during the school year to pleat Indiana testing security and integrity training  the purpose of the code is to protect the Indiana assessment system so that its intended purposes may be achieved it is essential that all test materials remain secure before during and after test Administration  all School Corporation Personnel are responsible for charity maintaining security includes adhering to the code and the Indiana Assessment program manual links to which are provided played in this notification participating in required training signing the Indiana testing security and integrity remit in this notification and following the protocol for reporting and investigating alleged assessment breaches or a regular player tees  no secure test materials test questions or student responses answer sheets you reviewed retained reproduced paraphrased or discussed before during or after sing in any manner unless and until such materials are released via posting on the web by the Indiana Department of Education  should you become aware of any allegations concerning cheating a security breach sing Administration breach and intellectual property right infringement a loss of materials or other deviation from acceptable ethical practices and test security and integrity procedures please report them immediately to your building principal or Lisa Kern are Corporation testing coordinator  thank you for your attention and adherence to these important policies for those of you involved actual test Administration further training will be provided prior to your actual testing windows
