Important 1:1 Information for the 2023-2024 School Year
Zionsville Middle School (ZMS) and Zionsville West Middle School (ZWMS) are all now 1:1 with ZCS provided Chromebooks for instructional day use.
Responsibility
Each student will be responsible for taking care or their assigned device. It is the expectation of the student to turn their device in at the end of the year in proper order. Anything outside of normal wear and tear will incur a repair cost noted in the repair cost schedule:
- The ZCS Technology Department is a fully certified Lenovo workshop. This means we have a parts depot for quick repair times at a cost of the market value item needing repaired. Click the following link for a breakdown of the repair costs.
- We are working with a 3rd party vendor for optional accidental insurance.
WHEN WILL MY Student RECEIVE THEIR DEVICE?
The devices will be handed out on the first day of school.
WILL STUDENTS RECEIVE A CASE?
Each laptop will have a clam shell case attached which helps to protect the laptop.
