Please complete the following steps prior to your scheduled meeting with Human Resources at the Educational Services Center (address below):
- Complete and submit your online New Hire Packet forms electronically prior to your meeting time.
- Bring two pieces of government-issued identification (Lists of Acceptable Documents) to the meeting.
- Bring either a voided check (checking accounts) or print-out from your bank (savings accounts) to the meeting to set up your direct deposit.
Certified teachers will need to bring the following, if not already submitted into their online application:
Current Indiana teaching license
Official transcripts from college or university
Praxis or Pearson Core Academic Skills Assessment (CASA) results

At this brief onboarding meeting, you will finalize all new hire paperwork, have an opportunity to ask questions, and pick up your staff identification badge.
If eligible, our Benefits Specialist will meet with you within the next 30 days to discuss the benefit package that is available to you.
