Information about our Pharmacy Benefit Manager True Rx is on your insurance card. It is imperative to present your new card to the pharmacy when filling prescriptions. It is recommended that when you receive a new insurance card, that you let the pharmacy staff know to minimize confusion and avoid delays in filling prescriptions.

OptiMed is a national and accredited healthcare provider of specialty, infusion, and injectable medications and assists members with coordinating care. They will be reaching out to identified members/dependents directly to discuss available options and to setup services with you.

We ask that you are responsive to their communication attempts as they will need to work with you directly to ensure a smooth process and optimal program benefits.
