we're headed straight into a feature to use to create conference sign ups for your student-led conferences in October so if you want to use parents worship with sinus into your class and where it says new posts you're going to click on this drop down arrow next to New post appointment sign up I'm here you can choose and so I know we have one of our conference space is the 24th and then I can add another day so I can go pee at the same time to go through and grab well what you're going to want to do is actually make this for the longest start time for each day and once we have created this initial an edit out and take away any time slots that we don't want to actually have a vehicle so on Monday we can take away next I'm going to put in I'm going to add in a 15 minutes prints time that I would like to hide names of the users who sign up her parents don't see when the parents are signing up as the owner will be able to see who signed up. here I can give sign up slots I do something different some has a conference there's one spot available for each appointment this is where I can go through and delete out the times that aren't actually available on a specific date I'm going to go ahead and delete all these times on Monday what you consider would you want to have a break in between so on Monday if you would like to have a break in between those little longer than 5 minutes then on Tuesday you want to make sure that you put in some kind of lunch break or dinner break depending on when it is so you can manage your time to make sure you have enough openings available for I'm going to click next and it's too you can make sure to have your class collected remember it should out of defaulted check for staff and parents remember the staff really just you that's in there you didn't lead conferences and then in the description you can get some directions about what they're supposed to do if you want to come a little bit more about what's it like conferences are so they know what to expect from me go ahead and fill that out and if you scroll down you're going to see and you can double-check your time slots you can again go through and delete out anything that you don't want that you decide you want to remove that you can go ahead and get up there once you feel you are ready to send you can always click post now or if you'd like to give it a preview stuff to make sure everything looks okay I'm going to pick up for you and I can see this is what it's going to look like for the pants give me the title is going to give me the directions and then here are the times. So what parents will end up doing if they go in and they click on sign up and go in there they can and as you know this it just says closed of her parents it's just going to stay close to that time slot is not available but for myself as the owner I'm going to see that curly hair that actually did the sign out and then depending on directions if you want to let them know to put the student's name in there together students am and that note is in there so that's a note for the sign up because in order to do the sign up they have to log into parents so that will automatically include your name you can see it because I completed one time I can't go back and it's sign up for anything else I'm going to go back and hide my preview and can if you don't want to send it now you can always save your dress or you can schedule it to go to later time or if you want to send out go ahead and click both now please let me know if you have any question
