How to Manage Canvas Notifications

this video is going to show you how to manage your notifications within campus do that you need to be logged into canvas and then you're going to go over to the left hand side of the screen and click account then choose notifications once here you going to see a long list of tourist activities and under each of those activities for going to see an icon that you you can leave it with the green check mark to notify me right away that will send you a notice immediately you can do a daily summary a weekly summary or you can have it not send you any notification about that tivity so if this is something that you'll have to decide on how you want to be notified most things probably don't need an immediate notification you can change your notification set up by just clicking on the appropriate. so if I want a daily summary this will send me an email with a summary of all my course activity notifications that I wouldn't receive on a daily basis or if there's something that you don't really need to see you can always just choose the X and turn once you have set each notification for how you want it to be you're all done
