I understand you had to use some of the features like screen sharing with in a team's meeting you can go to your Outlook calendar and click on that teams meeting here to join the meeting you want to click on open Microsoft teams open of your meeting now for your families if they are joining the meeting and they do not have the teams app continue on this browser option that you have options to turn on or off your camera your background filters you also want to make sure you have your computer audio check even if I can play now when you are in the meeting you have some options and can hold at the top right side of your grace is going to let me know who is in the meeting it will also show you if they're needed or not so if there's anything going on you might want to take a meeting link and send them the email again and it sort email and I will send them the direct link to that you can always close that column is open mic with nothing yet you're a conversation allow people to chat with in the teams meeting can also see that any has happened previously with him to meeting you have a link that they need to click on so they can participate as well or if you have a document that you want to share you want to click on this paper cut down below and then you can upload the document from your computer emojis right here I'm going to give you more action you have your device settings so you can change it is or your microphone he is right now set to our web camera you can also change it to the it though if you want to show something with your document camera you can see right here I have my document camera right there or I can change back to do my webcam also under those three dots at the top you can go to meeting Austin if you want to change how the lobby is working for your particular meeting you can change that that you are the only one that's able to enter the meeting you have to allow everybody in that you can change that also make any adjustments that are needed with these options below I'm here I have my camera so I can spend that on or off as I want you I have my microphone so that I can use and here is my sharing content options if I click on the Arrow right here in Grove hope options for sharing I do recommend that whatever you do want to share with the meeting that you have that up and ready on your computer before the meeting get started so if you have a PowerPoint you want to share our website I have that ready to go you need to share a video make sure to turn on include computer sounds The Sounds in the video will come true to the purchase what I'm going to do when I want to share I'm going to click on the Windows option right here I want to share PowerPoint have my PowerPoint right here that I can share and it will pull up I can walk to the PowerPoint can see I have some control that's above and I have my meeting down here as well so I can click on this meeting to get back I can stop by Cher my PowerPoint if I want to now go to a website I can cook on my share again click on Windows and then pull up the website that I went there and I can click between my tabs and that will be what the participants are able to see go back to my meeting. Will share and once I'm ready to end my meeting instead of just leaving the meeting because I actually went to click on this drop down arrow and I went to shoes and that way this will end everyone that's participating
