FY 2021 470 IA- 210000466 Questions and Answers for Public Viewing
  • Does ZCS prefer carrier diversity to each of its head end sites?
As noted in the 470, “The District reserves the right to award the two services to multiple Vendors…”
  • Does ZCS require 20 IP addresses in total or per circuit?
As noted in the 470, “We seek symmetrical bandwidth at scalable bandwidths with guaranteed throughput to the district’s head-ends…”  This was followed by a table with descriptions of the two connections/circuits.  All subsequent information from contingencies, contact length etc. applies to the two circuits noted in the table individually, including the 20 IPv4 addresses
