PVE Field Day & Principal’s Challenge - June 2

We’ve planned a fun filled day for our students and we need parent
volunteers in a variety of roles. 

Tuesday, June 2 PVE will celebrate its annual Field Day and
Principal’s Challenge. This year’s theme is PVE Carnival and it
is full of exciting new and classic games!  These games are not only fun
for the kids but parents too.

We appreciate your time and your help and have a few different ways you
can be a part of this year’s PVE Carnival.

1. Volunteer to Work at the Event:

3rd & 4th Grade Field Day - Volunteers Needed from, 9 am - 11:30 am.

1st & 2nd Grade Field Day - Volunteers Need from 12 noon - 2:30 pm.

We will need volunteers to help run all the games.  This will take
approximately 60 parents for each morning and afternoon field day.

Parent volunteers will help run booths and direct children through the
carnival. There are also a limited amount of spaces available for
volunteers to sit in the dunk tank or sit in the pie in the face booth,
please let me know if you are available!

If you are interested in helping out during this fun day, contact

361-6514. Please let your child’s teacher know that you are interested
in volunteering for Field Day as well.

2. Donate Items to be used during the Carnival

The following items are needed for our games.  Some items are
returnable to their owners, please be sure to have your name on your
item.

11 pop-up canopies
Tables - folding, or longer 5 - 6 ft.
Face Painting supplies - paint, brushes
Nail polish - need several bottles of fun colors
Nail polish remover - 2 bottles
Cotton balls - 2 bags
Hair color spray
Small paper plates
Coolers - 4 large
Trash bags - 1 box
Tin cans/plastic bottles
Bean Bag Game sets - 2

day for all the children at PVE!
